I went in for my 36-week checkup yesterday (without Nathan - babysitters are wonderful). According to the ultrasound, New Baby is no longer breech, but she is weighing in at a whopping 6lbs 14 oz at 36 weeks. Thank heavens she's coming a week and a half early or I could have had another 9+lb baby on my hands. I know the estimate is only that and not terribly accurate (no one thought Nathan was over 8lbs - ha!), but no wonder I'm getting extremely uncomfortable. We should probably start getting ready for her arrival soon, since she is coming in less than two weeks now...
Also, our computer has decided that it wants to be replaced and is currently making our lives difficult by being slower than dirt, randomly crashing, and other endearing actions. So if I'm not posting super-regularly, chalk it up to more random contractions (I'm already at 1cm), Nathan, actually getting ready for New Baby, or the slowest computer ever. It's probably the computer.

She might still be a 9 pounder, you never know. Good luck though, are you going to have a c-section or try for the vbac?
