Doggies
So Nathan and I were just looking at the pictures of his cousin Kathleen from her recent exploits when we came across the pictures of her and Sirius Black, a big black dog at her grandparents' house. When we got to the dog pictures, I barked for Nathan, since that's what dogs do, and Nathan thought it was hysterical. He was laughing and laughing. And not his polite, nice giggle. No, this was a full-belly laugh. We went and read his Doggie book, and again, riotous laughter. We sang Old MacDonald had a farm, and when we got to the dog verse, again, great peals of laughter. The cow, duck, pig, and sheep did not get the same reception. The dog parts were the only ones to be thought so funny. I had always hoped that we would get a cat and not a dog, but I might lose that vote now...

Nathan is so cute! I can totally see him laughing hysterically. What a blessing to have such a happy, funny baby. :) And yes, you might lose that cat vs. dog war. . . But I'll always vote on your side. Cats are way better than dogs.
Kathleen loves dogs, too... and birds and cats and spiders and flies (pretty much anything that moves), but I know that she is definitely MY daughter, because, most of all she loves horses. So, does Chad like dogs, too? Maybe it's genetic!
